Apartment Description:  Set on the border of Amalfi and Atrani, built on the hillside, CASA LUCIA is reached by a stepped path and enjoys a superb position overlooking the little village of Atrani and coastline below.  Antique furnishings blend attractively with reproduction pieces to create a most comfortable house. Entry into a stairway leading to sitting/dining room, color TV, telephone, heating – gas heaters.  Large live in kitchen, well equipped with gas and electric rings cooker, gas oven, large fridge/freezer & washing machine. Corridor into 2 spacious double bedrooms (1 can be triple) with vault ceilings, both with balconies and beautiful views of the sea, 2 bathrooms, one with bath tub, W/C, etc. and second with shower, W/C, etc.. A stairway from the lounge leads onto a large panoramic furnished terrace partially covered by vines and wisteria plants. Porterage is available at an extra charge.

Minimum stay: 1 week (Saturday to Saturday only).  2 weeks in mid July to August.

Booking procedure: Rent taken at time of booking by wire transfer to apartment owner.  Sorry, credit cards not accepted.  Security deposit of 155 Euro is requested upon arrival and refunded on departure provided no damages occur.

Additional charges:  Rates include rent, taxes, weekly cleaning and linen change, and utilities ( aside from central heating which is charged at 2.60 Euro/hour).  There is a final cleaning fee of 42,00 Euro, which must be paid on arrival.

Arrival/Check In:  An appointment must be made to have keys picked up at local office, Check in time is 5:00 p.m.  Arrivals after 8:00 p.m. has an additional 52 Euro surcharge.  

Cancellation policy:  If notice is provided 45 days or more prior to arrival, 65% rent is refundable; if 44 to 30 days prior, 25% rent is refundable; if less than 30 days, there is no refund.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
