Apartment Description:  Completely renovated in 2001, L’ ANGOLINO is located in one of the most spectacular positions of Positano. After climbing the ‘inevitable’ steps (approx. 86) from road side & a further 30 to the upper floor of the building, entrance into sitting dining room with doors onto balcony facing Positano and superb views of the sea, comfortable double divan bed. Kitchen corner, fridge, cooker & electric oven. Bathroom with shower cubicle, W/C, etc…Washing machine, color TV, central heating & air-conditioning. Although a car is really not necessary as public transport is really good, in low season parking may be found along the road side, however a garage can be arranged (at time of booking) at an approx. daily rate of Euro 26,00.

Minimum stay: 1 week (Saturday to Saturday only)

Booking procedure: Rent taken at time of booking by wire transfer to apartment owner.  Sorry, credit cards not accepted.  Security deposit of 155 Euro is requested upon arrival and refunded on departure provided no damages occur.

Additional charges:  Rates include rent, taxes, weekly cleaning and linen change, and utilities.  There is a final cleaning fee of 37,00 Euro, which must be paid on arrival.

Arrival/Check In:  An appointment must be made to have keys picked up at local office, Check in time is 5:00 p.m.  Arrivals after 8:00 p.m. has an additional 52 Euro surcharge.  

Cancellation policy:  If notice is provided 45 days or more prior to arrival, 65% rent is refundable; if 44 to 30 days prior, 25% rent is refundable; if less than 30 days, there is no refund.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
