Apartment Description:  Situated along the main road crossing through POSITANO, but in a quiet position, LA REGINELLA is a modern recently refurbished 2 bedroom apartment.  Access 45 steps down from main road, entrance into large lounge/dining room and cooking unit (well equipped) foot balcony looking over the picturesque buildings of the town. Double bedroom with foot balcony, twin bedroom (can be double bed). Bathroom with tub, phone shower, W/C, etc…, washing machine, color TV. Car park along road side, however a car is not essential as public transport is very good.

Minimum stay: 1 week (Saturday to Saturday only)

Booking procedure: Rent taken at time of booking by wire transfer to apartment owner.  Sorry, credit cards not accepted.  Security deposit of 155 Euro is requested upon arrival and refunded on departure provided no damages occur.

Additional charges:  Rates include rent, taxes, weekly cleaning and linen change, and utilities (aside from gas heating which is charged at 26 Euro/week).  There is a final cleaning fee of 37,00 Euro, which must be paid on arrival.

Arrival/Check In:  An appointment must be made to have keys picked up at local office, Check in time is 5:00 p.m.  Arrivals after 8:00 p.m. has an additional 52 Euro surcharge.  

Cancellation policy:  If notice is provided 45 days or more prior to arrival, 65% rent is refundable; if 44 to 30 days prior, 25% rent is refundable; if less than 30 days, there is no refund.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
