Apartment Description:  This delightful apartment is on the Southern end of Positano along the main coast road enjoying expansive views over Positano and the sea. There are approx. 50 steps up from road side, one bedroom + lounge / dining room with large terrace and wonderful sea views & Positano. Separate kitchen, bathroom with shower, wc etc…Parking along road side in low season, however car is not necessary as there is good public transport. Washing machine, color TV.

Minimum stay: 1 week (Saturday to Saturday only)

Booking procedure: Rent taken at time of booking by wire transfer to apartment owner.  Sorry, credit cards not accepted.  Security deposit of 155 Euro is requested upon arrival and refunded on departure provided no damages occur.

Additional charges:  Rates include rent, taxes, weekly cleaning and linen change, and utilities (additional charge of 37 Euro/week for heating supplement).  There is a final cleaning fee of 31,00 Euro, which must be paid on arrival.

Arrival/Check In:  An appointment must be made to have keys picked up at local office, Check in time is 5:00 p.m.  Arrivals after 8:00 p.m. has an additional 52 Euro surcharge.  

Cancellation policy:  If notice is provided 45 days or more prior to arrival, 65% rent is refundable; if 44 to 30 days prior, 25% rent is refundable; if less than 30 days, there is no refund.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
