Apartment Description:  The sophisticated village of Positano whose slopes chamber downhill towards the sea, has some splendid buildings into the hillside. Located along the road to Montepertuso (500 meters from main coast road ) but only 5 minutes drive from the centre of Positano (1 Km ) where there are good sea swimming beaches, shops etc…Amalfi and Sorrento are 15 Km from here.  For those who choose not to drive, there is an Interno Positano bus which runs every 40 mins from outside the electrically commanded gates into the centre of Positano. 

Completely renovated in 2001, the 40 privately owned apartments are dotted around the estate in 6 different buildings surrounded by flowers and interconnected by little stone stairways . Only 2 families live in the complex all year round. They share a magnificent swimming pool which looks down onto Positano and unparalleled views of the sea. The apartment we have chosen has access from enclosed car parking area (50 shallow steps) enjoying beautiful sea views from the furnished terrace. Typically Mediterranean furnishings with pastel shades tiled floors, has its entrance from shaded terrace into lounge/dining room with divan bed, split level open-plan kitchen which is well equipped with dishwasher, 4 gas ring cooker, electric oven, fridge/freezer etc…Corridor into double bedroom, utility room with washing machine, lavabo & W/C, single bedroom, shower room, W/C, etc.. There are approx 200 steps down to the 20 X 5 m. swimming pool max depth 3 m. children side 50 cm. which is opened beginning of June ‘till mid Sept. Central heating, barbecue, color TV.

Minimum stay: 1 week (Saturday to Saturday only)

Booking procedure: Rent taken at time of booking by wire transfer to apartment owner.  Sorry, credit cards not accepted.  Security deposit of 155 Euro is requested upon arrival and refunded on departure provided no damages occur.

Additional charges:  Rates include rent, taxes, weekly cleaning and linen change, and utilities (additional charge of 2.60 Euro/hour for heating supplement).  There is a final cleaning fee of 31,00 Euro, which must be paid on arrival.

Arrival/Check In:  An appointment must be made to have keys picked up at local office, Check in time is 5:00 p.m.  Arrivals after 8:00 p.m. has an additional 52 Euro surcharge.  

Cancellation policy:  If notice is provided 45 days or more prior to arrival, 65% rent is refundable; if 44 to 30 days prior, 25% rent is refundable; if less than 30 days, there is no refund.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
