Apartment Description:  A second floor apartment with balcony in a newly constructed building maintaining the historic facade of area.  Located on Boqueria Street, Barcelona's most emblematic and animated street.  A traffic restricted zone in the Gothic area, near Pi Square, The Cathedral, The Ramblas and The Liceo Opera house.  The Lyceum Underground (L3) is just 30 meters away.  Public Parking place is just 60 meters away.

Minimum stay: 1 week

Booking procedure:  30% rental deposit taken at time of booking, balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.  A $210 security deposit due on arrival and refundable upon departure. 

Additional fees:  $55 final cleaning fee.  Optional:  cleaning service $18/hour

Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 2:00 p.m., check out is 10:00 a.m. 

Cancellation policy:  Deposit is nonrefundable for all cancellations.  If cancellation is made less then 1 month prior to arrival, there is no refund.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
