Apartment Description:  Kitchen completely equipped with refrigerator, cupboards, kitchen accessories (plates, cups, etc).  Living room with bed-sofa and extra bed with stereo and TV.  Bathroom with hairdryer, soap dispensers and towels.  Washing machine.

Minimum stay: 4 nights

Booking procedure: 25% advance payment is due at time of booking, balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 3:00 to 7:00 pm, check out is 10:00 a.m.

Cancellation policy:  For cancellations up to 45 days prior arrival, the charge will be 45% of the total amount.  Between 44 - 30 days prior arrival, the cancellation charge will be 55%.  If less than 30 days, there is no refund.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
