Booking procedure: 30% rental deposit taken at time of booking,
balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
A $210 security deposit due on arrival and refundable upon departure.

Check in time is 2:00 p.m., check out is 10:00 a.m.
Cancellation policy: Deposit is nonrefundable for
all cancellations. If cancellation is made less then 1
month prior to arrival, there is no refund. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
