Apartment Description:  Both apartments are in the same building, one on 2nd floor, one on 5th floor.  Each sleeps 4 guests and offer similar facilities. Parties of up to 8 guests can rent both apartments, making it very convenient.  Located in L'eixample, the modernist area and one of the most beautiful - in fact some consider this the real heart of the city. It is walking distance from cafés, restaurants, bakeries and all shops you will need.  Also, 15 minutes to Ramblas, and 20 minutes to Barceloneta beach by tube.  The apartment features cozy living room with sofa, dining table and chairs.  The 5th floor flat also has lovely living room balcony.

Minimum stay: 5 days

Booking procedure:  Security/damage deposit of $150 be taken at time of booking.  25% rental deposit also due at time of booking by credit card payment.  Balance due on arrival and must be made in Euros.

Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 2:00 p.m., check out is 11:00 a.m.  Airport transfer available at additional cost.

Cancellation policy: There is no refund for any cancellations as these are private apartments owned by individuals, unless the owner is able to re-let the apartment. If apartment is re-let, then deposit is lost. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
