Description:
This apartment building is located in the heart of Barcelona,
just a few minutes walk from Plaza Catalunya and La Ramblas
and close to most of the tourist attractions and shops of
the city. Fully refurbished in 2006, they offer a good
standard of accommodation for up to 6 people: living room
with double sofa bed, 2 bedrooms, one being small, bathroom,
fully equipped kitchen with some of the apartments having a
second toilet with wash basin and most have balcony or
terrace. The apartments offer a contemporary feeling with
wooden floors and good quality materials.

Minimum stay:

Booking procedure: 20% advance payment is due at time of
booking, balance due 15 days prior to arrival. If
arrival is within 15 days of reservation being made, then full
payment is due.
Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 3:00 p.m., check out is
10:00 a.m. Reception hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Cancellation policy: In the event of a cancellation a full
refund minus a $200 fee will be made if notification is
received 14 days prior to arrival. In the event of
cancellation being received within 14 days of commencement of
stay, no refund will be made.
