Apartment Description:  Delightful and quiet property located in the heart of town, in a limited traffic area. The apartment is housed on the first floor of a beautiful ancient building that preserves the charm of the original structure as a convent.  The main monuments and museums can be reached on foot in just a few minutes, the Teatro della Pergola is 70 m away.  Garage only 50 meters off the house.

The apartment is cozy and has been recently restored. Furnished with period pieces of furniture and cotto floors. It is quite big and can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people.  It is composed of living room with color TV, fireplace, and kitchen/dining room with oven, freezer.  Includes large double bedroom and twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with tub and double wash basin.  Central heating.

*High season is February 15 to October 15 and Christmas.


Minimum stay: 4 days

Booking procedure: 25% deposit is due at time of booking which can be made by credit card.  Balance due on arrival and must be made in Euros or traveller's checks (2% surcharge).

Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 3:00 p.m. or by appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m.  Arrivals outside of 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. has an additional 25 Euro surcharge. 

Cancellation policy: In the event of cancellation, deposit is non-refundable.  If within 15 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will be also be charged.
