Apartment Description:  Lovely apartment housed in an ancient building situated in the city centre, just a quick stroll away from Piazza San Marco and the Galleria dell'Accademia.  It is the ideal place for a romantic getaway.

Although located in a limited traffic area, it is well served by public transports. There is also a garage 40/m from the apartment for those who will be traveling by car.  The accommodation has been nicely restored, keeping unaltered its original structure (ancient wooden beam ceiling, Tuscan terracotta and stone capitals).  There are two levels - main floor: large living/dining room with TV, double divan bed and kitchen corner (2 burners and microwave), bathroom with shower. On the lower floor: fitness room with a big jacuzzi tub for two.  Elegant atmosphere, furnished with antiques.  Includes central heating.

Booking procedure: 25% deposit is due at time of booking which can be made by credit card.  Balance due on arrival and must be made in Euros or traveller's checks (2% surcharge).

Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 3:00 p.m. or by appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m.  Arrivals outside of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional 25 Euro surcharge. 

Cancellation policy: In the event of cancellation, deposit is non-refundable.  If within 15 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will be also be charged.
