CAMPUCCIO 1:  The apartment is located on the very peculiar area of the old artisans, 350 mt from Ponte Vecchio and close to both Palazzo Pitti and the beautiful Gardens of Boboli.  The apartment is on the 2nd floor (American 3rd) with No elevator, and includes kitchen, bedroom for two people, bathroom with shower/tub, dining area, sitting room with a queen size sofa bed, cabinet with a washing machine.  Has independent heating and color TV.  Nearby there are shops of all kind and a garage.

CAMPUCCIO 2:  Located in the same building as Campuccio 1, this apartment is on the 2nd floor, no elevator, and includes kitchen, sitting room with sofa bed and bathroom with shower.  Offers independent heating and color TV.  Nearby there are shops of all kind and a garage.

Minimum stay: 1 week

Booking procedure: 25% deposit is due at time of booking which can be made by credit card.  Balance due on arrival and must be made in Euros (or traveler's checks with 2% surcharge).

Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 4:00 p.m. or by appointment, check out is 12:00 p.m.  Arrivals outside of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional 25 Euro surcharge.  

Cancellation policy: In the event of cancellation, deposit is non-refundable.  There is an additional $250 charge if cancellation made within 1 month prior to arrival.
