Apartment Description:  The house is situated in one of the most peaceful and elegant areas of the city center, inside the limited traffic area and just a stone's throw away from Piazza San Marco and the Galleria dell'Accademia, in front of the Giardino dei Semplici and the Chiostro del Maglio.  The area is well serviced by public transports and it is possible to use the pay car park that is located at only 100 meters from the building.

Located on the top floor, with lift, of a nice palace with large windows that open onto a pretty and equipped terrace (55m2), characterized by a broad view that extends out over the entire city of Florence and the surrounding hills.  Pleasantly and tastefully furnished.  The tiled floors are made of ancient hand-painted majolica.  Includes living/dining room area with color TV, double bed and kitchenette with 2 burners and microwave.  Bathroom with shower.   Offers air conditioning and central heating.  Includes terrace where one can have a sunbath in complete privacy.

Minimum stay: 5 days

Booking procedure: 25% deposit is due at time of booking which can be made by credit card.  Balance due on arrival and must be made in Euros or traveller's checks (2% surcharge).

Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 3:00 p.m. or by appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m.  Arrivals outside of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional 25 Euro surcharge. 

Cancellation policy: In the event of cancellation, deposit is non-refundable.  If within 15 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will be also be charged.
