Apartment Description:  Quiet and airy studio close to all the main sights of the city.  Located on the first floor (2nd American floor) with NO lift of a popular historic building right in front of the charming Piazza dei Ciompi with its antiques market.  The neighborhood is quite charming and convenient, nearby you will find a supermarket, bakeries and trattorias/pizzerias, a post office, banks, shops, and a tourist agency. Also close is the Biblioteca Nazionale, the famous Santa Croce Square and a nice small public garden.

The flat has been restored and offers a large queen size bedroom, that can be separated from the small living/dining room by a curtain.  The living room itself includes a double sofa bed, color TV with VCR and stereo, and ceiling fan.  The kitchenette is well furnished with dishwasher and washing machine.  The small bathroom features a stand-up shower and hair dryer.

Booking procedure: 25% deposit is due at time of booking which can be made by credit card.  Balance due on arrival and must be made in Euros or traveller's checks (2% surcharge).

Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 3:00 p.m. or by appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m.  Arrivals outside of 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. has an additional 25 Euro surcharge. 

Cancellation policy: In the event of cancellation, deposit is non-refundable.  If within 15 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will be also be charged.
