Apartment Description:  800 sq/ft apartment is a perfect home base for a large family or a group of friends who wants to discover Florence while living in a silent downtown flat close to all the main sights.  The flat has been restored and offers two large queen size bedrooms, a lovely living/dining room with a sleeping couch and the possibility to add another fold out single, if necessary.  The kitchen is well furnished with dishwasher and washing machine. Two bathrooms, with a stand-up shower.  Among the amenities: TV, video player, ceiling fan, radio, iron and head dryer.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (4th American) with No lift of an historic building right in front of the charming Piazza dei Ciompi with its antiques market.  The neighborhood is very picturesque; close to the house you will find a convenient supermarket, bakeries and trattorias/pizzerias, a post office, banks, charming shopping streets, a pharmacy and a tourist agency.  The apartment is also close to the Biblioteca Nazionale, to the famous Santa Croce Square and to a nice small public garden.

Booking procedure
: 25% deposit is due at time of booking which can be made by credit card.  Balance due on arrival and must be made in Euros or traveller's checks (2% surcharge).

Arrival/Check In:
Check in time is 3:00 p.m. or by appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m.  Arrivals outside of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional 25 Euro surcharge.  

Cancellation policy:
In the event of cancellation, deposit is non-refundable.  If within 15 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will be also be charged.
