Apartment Description:  These apartments are located on 3 floors of a 19th century mansion on the Lungarno riverside, in the historical heart of Florence.  Just outside you can see the Arno flowing under you, and the old palaces standing on its silver riverside, and on the hill in front of you is a panoramic terrace of Michelangelo Square, where Michelangelo's David dominates the city view.  With a short walk you can reach Santa Croce Square with its Cathedral where Renaissance sculptors created magnificent tombs for the most famous Florentines of that time, where Giotto frescoes and Donatello, and only a few steps far away, you arrive in the Signoria Square with the Uffizi Museum or continue sightseeing the Florence open air gallery, reaching the Old Bridge on the left or the Duomo on the right.

The apartments have been recently refurbished, combining the old architectural style with modern comforts, creating comfortable apartments in a charming location.  The building offers reception 9.00 am-5.30 pm Mon-Fri, weekly cleaning with linen change, private parking place (on request as there are limited places) and laundry room.  Among the amenities included are color TV, telephone, video-housephone, full kitchenette equipment, independent heating/air conditioning.

The 30 sq/m 1 bedroom for 2 guests overlooks an inner courtyard and the Florentine roofs.  A romantic, quiet double bedroom, a cozy living room having small kitchenette with electric kitchenette and fridge, cotto floors and classic wooden furniture; bathroom, redone in Carrara marble, with shower. 

The 35 sq/m courtyard 1 bedroom for 3 guests, with independent entrance, has been recently refurnished.  Includes parquet floors, a lovely modern living room with small kitchenette, comfortable sofa-bed for 3rd guest and color TV.  Also includes romantic double bedroom and green marble bathroom with shower.

The 50 sq/m 1 bedroom for 5 guests overlooks the Arno riverside.  A bright spacious double bedroom (can be separated into 2 single beds), a large living room with kitchenette and living area with comfortable sofa bed, typical florentine cotto floors and wooden classic furniture.  The bathroom, redone in Carrara marble, with shower.

Minimum stay: 3 days

Booking procedure: 25% deposit is due at time of booking which can be made by credit card.  Balance due on arrival and must be made in Euros or traveller's checks (2% surcharge).

Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 3:00 p.m. or by appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m.  Arrivals outside of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional 25 Euro surcharge.  Convenient Fiumicino airport transfer can be provided, at additional cost of 57 Euro for party of 3.

Cancellation policy: In the event of cancellation, deposit is non-refundable.  If within 15 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will be also be charged.
