Apartment Description:  This building, located in the heart of Florence facing the Duomo, consists of 12 apartments, fully refurbished with all facilities an renovated in an old complex that dates back to 19th century.  Walk out of the front door and into the heart of the city famed for excellent restaurants, internationally renowed boutiques and some of the world's most important museums. 

In all apartments there is a pull-up sofa that can be use as an extra bed to host two more guests and each bedroom includes large double bed.  The Pent-house suite has three bathrooms (one with jacuzzi), a kitchen, and two balconies with superb view.  Services are a multi-lingual personnel at the reception desk, daily chamber-maid service and a private garage (upon request).  Some 2 bedroom apartments also offer balcony (upon request).

All apartments are newly built and self-contained: fully equipped kitchenettes (kitchen in the Penthouse Suite) with refrigerator, oven and dishwasher, satellite TV, direct dial telephones, video intercom, air conditioning and heating, hair dryers and safe.

Booking procedure: 25% deposit is due at time of booking.  Balance due on arrival. Payment can be made with credit card.

Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 12:00 p.m. to 7.30 pm, check out is 10:00 a.m. 

Cancellation policy:  Rental deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations. If notice is provided less then 15 days prior to arrival, there is NO refund. Therefore clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at time of booking.
