Apartment Description:  Oltrarno Residence, located in Via d'Ardiglione, is housed in a beautiful 17th century Florentine Palace. It is next to the home of Filippo Lippi and the Church of Carmine. Inside the Church is the Brancacci Chapel, with frescoes by Masolino, Masaccio and Filippino Lippi.  The residence is few steps from Palazzo Pitti and Boboli gardens, Ponte Vecchio, Uffizi Gallery and S. Frediano Church.  The apartments are located on the ground floor. They are well furnished and particularly warm, pleasant and comfortable.

The LIPPI apartment, approx 60 square meters for 2/4 people.  This particularly pleasant and elegant apartment has been recently restored. The owner wisely selected the materials and the furniture and were able to create this lovely and romantic atmosphere.  Arched ceiling and cotto floors. Double bed (or 2 single beds), a totally equipped kitchenette, a living room with a double and comfortable sofa bed. Minimum stay: 4 days

Booking procedure: 25% deposit is due at time of booking which can be made by credit card.  Balance due on arrival and must be made in Euros or traveller's checks (2% surcharge).

Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 3:00 p.m. or by appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m.  Arrivals outside of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional 25 Euro surcharge.  Convenient Fiumicino airport transfer can be provided, at additional cost of 57 Euro for party of 3.

Cancellation policy: In the event of cancellation, deposit is non-refundable.  If within 15 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will be also be charged.
