Apartment Description:  3 bedroom loft apartment located in the ancient neighborhood of Santo Spirito also known as "Oltrarno".  Just behind the Santo Spirito church and five minutes walk from Ponte Vecchio and Palazzo Pitti.  This area is best known for it's antique shops and typical restaurants where Florentine's lifestyle has remained as it used to be in the past.  The apartment is located on the fifth floor with NO lift of a recently restored "Palazzo" dated 1450 in via Santo Spirito, one of the most prestigious streets of Florence where still well-known noble families actually live.

The apartment is composed of one living room with open kitchenette in typical country style, two double bedrooms, one loft with queen size bed and 1 1/2 bathrooms (one with shower, W/C and washing machine, and a second small one with W/C and original stone carved sink).  In the living room there is a dining table fitting up to six guests, and a large sofa - this room leads to a spiral staircase where you reach the beautiful loft which has a 40 sq/m large terrace with a 360° panoramic view of Florence.  The furniture and decoration of this room as with the whole house is quite charming.  The loft includes a hammock that hangs from the original loft wooden beams.  The bedroom windows face the street that overlooks the gorgeous "cupola" and bell-tower, they are elegantly decorated with original cotto floors and offer high ceilings.  Includes A/C in the loft. There is also car parking nearby, at additional cost.

Booking procedure: 25% deposit is due at time of booking which can be made by credit card.  Balance due on arrival and must be made in Euros or traveller's checks (2% surcharge).

Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 3:00 p.m. or by appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m.  Arrivals outside of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional 25 Euro surcharge.  

Cancellation policy: In the event of cancellation, deposit is non-refundable.  If within 15 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will be also be charged.
