The accommodation has large windows in the living area that offers a spectacular view of the entire city of Florence and the surrounding hills and opens onto a sunny terrace, perfect for laying in the sun.  Includes large living/dining room with color TV, small kitchenette with 2 burners and microwave, and access to the overhead gallery with a double bedroom and bathroom with shower.  Includes very well kept period pieces, A/C and central heating.

Booking procedure: 25% deposit is due at time of booking which can be made by credit card.  Balance due on arrival and must be made in Euros or traveller's checks (2% surcharge).

Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 3:00 p.m. or by appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m.  Arrivals outside of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional 25 Euro surcharge.  

Cancellation policy: In the event of cancellation, deposit is non-refundable.  If within 15 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will be also be charged.
