- Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit and security/damage deposit of £250 (approximately $435) taken at time of booking, rental balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
- Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 2:00 p.m., check out is 10:00 a.m. Key transfer will be arranged after arrival details are provided. Office hours are 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
- Cancellation policy: Rental and security deposit non-refundable for all cancellations. If cancellation is less than 6 weeks prior to arrival, there is No refund. We strongly recommend cancellation insurance to avoid financial loss in such circumstances.

Rates are listed in USD and based on current USD/GBP exchange rates. They are inclusive of all charges, fees & taxes
