The decorative stone façade of the building faces onto pleasant
Berners Street, home of the famous Berners Hotel, just north of Oxford
Street. The building has an elevator, video entry system and
safety deposit boxes are available on request.
Most two
bedroom apartment occupies its own floor and has a fully equipped
kitchen and laundry, one bathroom with bathtub and separate fully
enclosed shower cubicle, and toilet, plus one extra toilet with sink,
and comfortable sitting/dining room. The top floor two bedroom unit in
building has one bathroom with shower with no add'l powder room but is
the largest one and includes a roof terrace. The one bedroom apartments are
totally separated. The apartments offer large reception rooms with
polished oak floors and are furnished in tasteful and traditional
style.

Terms & Conditions:
- Minimum stay: 1 week
- Booking procedure: 20% deposit taken at time of booking, balance due up to 6 weeks prior to arrival.
- Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 2:00 pm, check out is 11:00 am. Airport transfer can be provided at additional cost. It is required for all arrivals outside of normal business hours of 8:00 am to 9:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
- Cancellation policy: Rental deposit non-refundable for all cancellations. If cancellation is less than 6 weeks prior to arrival, there is No refund unless the apartment is re-let. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.

Rates are listed in USD and based on current USD/GBP exchange rates. They are inclusive of all charges, fees & taxes
(including VAT if applicable) and are subject to change without prior notice.
