Terms & Conditions:

Minimum stay: 3 nights (1 week during Christmas/New Years)
Booking procedure: 25% advance payment is due at time of booking, balance due 14 days prior to arrival. A security deposit of approximately $600 is payable by credit card imprint or cash upon arrival, to be held against such damage and/or loss and which will be refunded in full upon departure.
Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 2:00 p.m. Airport transfer can be arranged, at additional cost. Check out is 12:00 p.m.
Cancellation policy: 10% rent will be charged for all cancellations. If made within 1 month of arrival, no refund can be made. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
