Apartment Terms & Conditions:

• Minimum stay: 1 week (shorter stays available at management's discretion).
• Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit taken at time of booking by credit card, balance due in cash on arrival, or personal cheque one month prior to arrival (credit card payment also accepted for balance at additional charge of $10/night).
• Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 2:00 pm, check out is 11:00 am.
• Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations. If cancellation is less than 6 weeks prior to arrival, there is no refund. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
