Farringdon tube is located 0.3 miles away and Chancery Lane a couple blocks further. These apartments offer a terrific budget alternative to a hotel, with a total of 23 flats ranging from studio apartments sleeping 3 people up to three bedroom apartments sleeping 7 people. Bedroom(s) include 2 to 3 single beds. All apartments are comfortably furnished with fully equipped kitchens. Wireless broadband internet is free to use though there is a one-time $25 set-up fee.

Terms & Conditions:
- Minimum stay: 1 week (shorter stays available at additional cost)
- Booking procedure: 35% advance payment is due at time of booking by VISA or M/C only, balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
- Security Deposit: $500 credit card pre-authorization transaction will be made on day of arrival by the apartment as a security/damage deposit, and will be cancelled following settlement of any outstanding account. A pre-authorization transaction is not debited from the card holders account, the amount is only held for a short period of time and then automatically cancelled, unless damages are found in the apartment during the stay.
- Arrival/Check In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m., check-out is 10:00 a.m. Keys available 24 hours/day at nearby office by British Museum.
- Cancellation policy: Advance payment is non-refundable for all cancellations. If cancellation is less than 1 month prior to arrival, there is no refund unless the apartment is re-let. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
