Apartment Types:

• Studio: Large double bed
• 1 Bedroom: Large double bed (plus add'l bed for 3rd guest)
• 2 Bedroom:  Large double bed in 1st bedroom and large double bed (or 2 single beds) in 2nd bedroom (plus add'l bed for 5th guest.

Terms & Conditions:

• Minimum stay: 1 week
• Booking procedure: Rent taken at time of booking (or no later than one month prior to arrival). Payment can be arranged by credit card (with 2.88% to 3.5% fee), check or cash. Refundable security deposit of $400 also charged at time of booking.
• Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 2:00 p.m., check out is 11:00 a.m.
• Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations. If cancellation is less than one month prior to arrival, there is no refund unless the apartment is re-let. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.

Rates are listed in USD and based on current USD/GBP exchange rates. They are inclusive of all charges, fees & taxes
(including VAT if applicable) and are subject to change without prior notice.
