Draycotts is perfectly situated in a much sought after and safe residential area in the very heart of Chelsea, just off Sloane Square and a stone's throw from Kings Road, Sloane Street and Duke of York Square. An easy walk from Harrods, Knightsbridge, Kensington, Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace, Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament.
Personal 'home from home' character apartment suites come with individual well-equipped kitchenettes, private bath/shower rooms, color flat-screen televisions, direct-dial telephones, fax machines (in some units), entry phones in all studios and apartments, Daily Maid Service - and many extras, including welcome provisions. All studios and apartments are quiet garden facing and some have balconies and patios.

Apartment Types:
- Studio: Double bed plus some include single sofa bed
- 1 Bedroom: Double bed plus some include double sofa bed
- Interconnecting 2 Bedroom: Consist of two adjoining apartments occupying an entire floor - either 2 x 1 Bedroom flats OR a 1 Bedroom and Studio flat. The two apartments are connected courtesy of lockable interconnecting doors.
Terms & Conditions:
- Minimum stay: 1 week (shorter stays available at additional cost)
- Booking procedure: 30% deposit taken at time of booking, balance of rent due 1 month prior to arrival.
- Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 2:00 p.m. or by appointment, check out is 11:00 a.m.
- Cancellation policy: Rental deposit non-refundable for all cancellations. If within 1 month prior to arrival, there is No refund. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.

Rates are listed in USD and based on current USD/GBP exchange rates. They are inclusive of all charges, fees & taxes
