Apartment Terms & Conditions:
- Minimum stay: 5 nights
- Booking procedure: 20% deposit due at time of booking, balance due on arrival.
- Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 2:00 p.m., check out is 11:00 a.m. There is 24 hour reception.
- Cancellation policy: Deposit non-refundable for all cancellations. If cancellation is less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, there is no refund. Non-arrival for a confirmed reservation will be treated as a cancellation after 24hrs.
