Apartment Types:

• 1 Bedroom: Large double bed plus rollaway bed available at add'l cost
• 2 Bedroom:  Large double bed in 1st bedroom and large double bed (or 2 single beds) in 2nd bedroom, plus rollaway bed available at add'l cost

Terms & Conditions:

• Minimum stay: 1 week
• Booking procedure: 10% rental deposit charged at time of booking to secure reservation, balance due no later than 28 days prior to arrival.  Credit card details used for security/damage deposit.
• Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 2:00 p.m., check out is 11:00 a.m.
• Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations. If cancellation is less than one month prior to arrival, there is no refund unless the apartment is re-let. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.

Rates are listed in USD and based on current USD/GBP exchange rates. They are inclusive of all charges, fees & taxes
(including VAT if applicable) and are subject to change without prior notice.
