Terms & Conditions:

Minimum stay: 3 nights (2 weeks preferred in Summer)
Booking procedure: 1 weeks rent and security deposit (1 weeks rent minus VAT) requested at time of booking (flexible depending on time of visit). Balance of rent due on arrival. Security deposit refunded once inventory is done on/after check-out.
Arrival/Check In: Check-in time is normally 1 p.m., check-out is 12:00 p.m. 24 hour reception is available.
Cancellation policy: $250 charge for all cancellations. If cancellation made within 30 days of arrival, rent is non-refundable. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
