Located on first floor with lift. Carpeted and comfortably furnished but modest, one bedroom flat with hard double bed, fitted cupboards. Bedsettee. Color television with video. Kitchen fully equipped to cook a simple meal. Washing machine. Electric cooker.
Terms & Conditions:
- Minimum stay: 1 week
- Booking procedure: 20% rental deposit and security/damage deposit of £260 (approximately $440) is due at time of booking, rental balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
- Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 2:00 p.m., check out is 10:00 a.m. Key transfer will be arranged after arrival details are provided. Office hours are 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
- Cancellation policy: Security deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations. If cancellation is less than 6 weeks prior to arrival, there is No refund. We strongly recommend cancellation insurance to avoid financial loss in such circumstances.
