Apartment Description
Two minutes walk distance from Harrods. Spacious sitting-dining room and double bedroom overlooking garden, single bedroom, bathroom with separate W/C, kitchen, breakfast room. Accommodates up to five people: there is a double sofa-bed in sitting room. Quiet third floor flat (4th American) with No lift, situated in prestigious Victorian house, with live-in caretaker.
Decorated with antiques, fitted carpet, fully equipped with TV, stereo/CD player, washer/dryer, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, hair dryer etc, crockery and linen provided. House keeping provided on requirement as an extra.
Terms & Conditions:
- Minimum stay: 1 week
- Booking procedure: 60% rental deposit taken at time of booking by credit card, balance due by Sterling cheque or bank transfer four weeks prior to arrival. A refundable £300 security deposit would also be requested at that time.
- Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 2:00 pm, check out is 10:00 am.
- Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations. If cancellation is less than 2 months prior to arrival, there is no refund. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.

Rates are listed in USD and based on current USD/GBP exchange rates. They are inclusive of all charges, fees & taxes
(including VAT if applicable) and are subject to change without prior notice.
