Terms & Conditions:

• Minimum stay: 1 week
• Booking procedure: 15% rental deposit due at time of booking, balance taken 2 weeks prior to arrival
• Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 3:00 p.m., check out is 10:00 a.m.
• Cancellation policy: The initial deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations. If less than 15 days notice is given, 3 nights rent will be charged. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable trip cancellation and interruption insurance arranged at the time of booking.

Rates are listed in USD and based on current USD/GBP exchange rates. They are inclusive of all charges, fees & taxes
