erms & Conditions:

• Minimum stay: 1 week during low and mid season and 2 to 4 weeks during high season. Shorter stays available at management's discretion.
• Booking procedure: 10% deposit taken at time of booking, rental balance charged on arrival. Payment by American Express has 3.5% surcharge.
• Security deposit: $750 to $2,500 (depending on size of apartment) is temporarily held on day of arrival to credit card on file. This is made by credit card authorization transaction and will be cancelled following settlement of any outstanding account and after an inventory check has been made. An authorization transaction is not debited from the card holders account. The amount is held for a short period of time and is automatically cancelled.
• Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 2:00 p.m., check out is 12:00 p.m. Reception is available 24 hours.
• Cancellation policy: $250 administrative fee for all cancellations. If apartment has notice 14 days prior to arrival, there is no additional charge.
