Once the London home of the Aga Khan and still retaining much of its original charm, Kensington Court has been fully refurbished to provide eleven individual apartments ranging from studios to spacious three-bedroom apartments, sleeping from one to eight people.

Located in a beautiful, quiet residential square, this elegant Victorian townhouse is less than five minutes' walk from Kensington High Street underground station and shops, restaurants and cafes. Just across the road, you'll find Kensington Palace and its wonderful gardens.

Apartment Types:

All apartments are self-contained with private bathroom, living area, bedroom(s) and a fully equipped kitchen. Bathrooms consist of a shower or bath with shower, W/C and washbasin. The kitchens (or kitchenettes in the case of the studios) contain cupboards, fridge, hob, sink, microwave, grill, toaster, kettle, cutlery and crockery. In addition, two-bedroom apartments have a dishwasher, oven and coffee percolator.

Cots and baby facilities are also available for all apartments at an additional charge (please ask for details).

• Standard Studio Apartment: Has a combined living area and bedroom, a kitchenette and a separate bathroom. It can sleep up to three people, with either a king-size bed or twin beds (please specify on the booking form) plus an additional full-size bed which can be added for an additional charge per night.
• Superior Studio Apartment: More luxurious than the Standard Studio, the Superior Studio has a combined living area and bedroom, a kitchenette and a separate bathroom. It can sleep up to three people, with either a king-size bed or twin beds (please specify on the booking form) plus an additional full-size bed which can be added for an additional charge per night.
• Large Studio Apartment: Suitable for up to four people, this apartment has a large double bed and a double sofa bed. There's a combined living area and bedroom, a kitchenette and a separate bathroom.
• Superior One Bedroom Apartment: Sleeping up to four people, this apartment has a double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the lounge. Superior apartments are more luxurious than standard accommodation, with an elegant lounge and quality furnishings.
• Standard Two Bedroom Apartment: This apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. There's also a sofa bed, so it can sleep up to six people.
• Superior Two Bedroom Apartment: Sleeping up to six people, this apartment has one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a double sofa bed in the lounge. As with all Superior Apartments, there is ample lounge space and high quality decor and furniture. One of the apartments boasts wonderful bay windows opening onto a balcony overlooking gardens, and another has a private patio with potted plants and garden furniture. All Superior Two Bedroom Apartments contain a washer/dryer.
• Superior Two Bedroom Two Bathroom Apartment: This apartment has one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, one twin bedroom and a double sofa bed in the lounge, so it can sleep up to six people. There's an additional bathroom and an elegant lounge with large bay windows overlooking gardens.
• Standard Three Bedroom Two Bathroom Apartment: Ideal for families or groups of friends travelling together, this apartment can sleep up to eight people. It consists of a connecting two-bedroom apartment and studio apartment with two doubles, one twin and a double sofa bed.

Terms & Conditions:

• Minimum stay: 3 nights
• Booking procedure: 25% advance payment is due at time of booking, balance due one month prior to arrival.
• Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 2:00 p.m. Airport transfer can be arranged, at additional cost. Check out is 11:00 a.m.
• Cancellation policy: $200 fee for all cancellations. If made within 28 days prior to arrival, there is NO refund. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.

Rates are listed in USD and based on current USD/GBP exchange rates. They are inclusive of all charges, fees & taxes
(including VAT if applicable) and are subject to change without prior notice.
