In addition, leisure facilities are available a block away. Within a few minutes walk there is an attractive garden with seats and a play area for children. Also, a gym is nearby for those who want to workout.

• 2 Bedroom:  Double bed in 1st bedroom, 2 single beds in 2nd bedroom plus double sofa bed in living room
• 3 Bedroom:  Double bed in 1st bedroom, 2 single beds in 2nd bedroom and 3 single beds in 3rd bedroom (one unit has 1 single bed in 2nd bedroom plus pullout single bed in living room). Folding bed available for 8th guest for $45/night in 3 Bedroom/3 Bathroom apartment.
• 4 Bedroom:  Double bed in 2 bedrooms, 2 single beds in other 2 bedrooms

Terms & Conditions:

• Minimum stay: 3 nights (5 night minimum during Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Years)
• Booking procedure: 20% rental deposit taken at time of booking, balance due 14 days prior to arrival. 
• Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 1:00 p.m., check out is 10:00 a.m. Reception hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.  Monday to Friday
• Cancellation policy:  Rental deposit non-refundable for all cancellations. If within 15 days of commencement of stay, no refund can be made. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.

WINTER '12 DISCOUNT: Stay 6 or more nights between November and March '12 and receive 1 NIGHT FREE for every 6 nights Maximum of 2 free nights offered.   Or if staying in February '12 for 4 nights or more, receive 20% off.
