- Booking procedure: 50% deposit taken at time of booking, balance of rent due one month prior to arrival. A refundable security/damage deposit of $500 and key deposit of $40/key will also be requested at that time.
- Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 2:00 p.m., check out is 10:00 a.m.
- Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations. In the event of cancellation being received less than one month prior to arrival, there is no refund.

Rates are listed in USD and based on current USD/GBP exchange rates. They are inclusive of all charges, fees & taxes
