Apartment Types:

• Studio (240 to 365 sq/ft) : Queen bed (plus sofa bed for add'l $65/week linen charge)
• 1 Bedroom (455 sq/ft): Queen bed (plus sofa bed in living room for add'l $65/week linen charge)
• 2 Bedroom (588 sq/ft): Queen bed and twin beds (or double bed) plus sofa bed in living room for additional $65/week linen charge

Terms & Conditions:

• Minimum stay: 1 week (shorter stays available at additional cost)
• Booking procedure: 20% deposit taken at time of booking, balance of rent due up to two weeks prior to arrival.
• Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 2:00 p.m. or by appointment, check out is 12:00 p.m.
• Cancellation policy: For cancellations 21 days or more prior to arrival, 1 nights rent is charged. If received less than 21 days prior to arrival, 4 night rent is taken.
