Apartment Types

• Studio Apartment: Has a combined living and sleeping area complete with a double bed, single sofa bed, separate kitchen and bathroom. Sleeps 3.
• One Bedroom Apartment: Equipped with a double bed, single sofa bed in the living area, full kitchen and bathroom. Sleeps 3
• Two Bedroom Apartment (flat B): Equipped with a double bed in the master bedroom, single bed in the second bedroom, full kitchen and two bathrooms. A complimentary extra fold out bed can be added upon request to accommodate a fourth person.
• Two Bedroom Apartment (flat A): Equipped with a double bed in the master bedroom and either a double or twin beds in the second bedroom, please state preference at the time of booking. A complimentary extra fold out bed can be added upon request sleeping a fifth person.
• Three Bedroom Apartment: Equipped with a double bed in both the master and second bedrooms and twin beds in the third bedroom. An extra complimentary fold out bed can be added upon request to accommodate a seventh person. The apartment also features a full kitchen and two bathrooms.

Terms & Conditions:

• Minimum stay: 1 week during low and mid season and 2 to 4 weeks during high season. Shorter stays available at management's discretion.
• Booking procedure: 10% deposit taken at time of booking, rental balance charged on arrival. Payment by American Express has 3.5% surcharge.
• Security deposit: $500 to $750 (depending on size of apartment) is taken upon arrival as a security/damage deposit. This is made by credit card authorization transaction and will be cancelled following settlement of any outstanding account and after an inventory check has been made. An authorization transaction is not debited from the card holders account. The amount is held for a short period of time and is automatically cancelled.
• Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 2:00 p.m., check out is 12:00 p.m. Reception is available 24 hours.
• Cancellation policy: $250 administrative fee for all cancellations. If apartment has notice 14 days prior to arrival, there is no additional charge.
