A two-bedroom flat on the third floor (4th American) of a large Georgian house with No lift. There is a video entryphone. The apartment is comprised of an open plan fully equipped kitchen with fitted cabinets, microwave, fridge freezer, washer/dryer, toaster, kettle, four gas hobs and oven. Living room area has a double sofa, color TV, single futon, dining table and chairs. The furnishings are modern. There is one bathroom with W/C, sink, tub, handheld shower and electric shower, it is tilled throughout. The Master bedroom has a double bed, fitted large wardrobe, chest of drawers, The view from the window is of Mecklenburgh Square. The 2nd bedroom has a single bed, fitted wardrobe and also a view of the Square.
It is a quiet residential area, close to London University, University of Westminister, the British Library and Museum. It is a short walk to Kings Cross and Chancerely Lane. The Russell Square underground is about a five minute walk. For shopping there is Oxford Street and Regents Street within walking distance, as are many of the West End theatres. There is a nearby Safeway supermarket in the Brunswick Centre near Russell Square and the area is served by many small and interesting shops and restaurants.

Terms & Conditions:
- Minimum stay: 1 week
- Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit and refundable security/damage deposit of £260 (approximately $440) is due at time of booking, rental balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
- Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 2:00 p.m., check out is 10:00 a.m. Key transfer will be arranged after arrival details are provided. Office hours are 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
- Cancellation policy: Rental and Security deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations. If cancellation is less than 6 weeks prior to arrival, there is NO refund. We strongly recommend cancellation insurance to avoid financial loss in such circumstances.

Rates are listed in USD and based on current USD/GBP exchange rates. They are inclusive of all charges, fees & taxes
