A charming 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment on the 3rd floor (4th American) with No lift of a lovely regency building. There are good shop and supermarket facilities within walking distance, and Victoria mainline and tube stations are within easy walking distance, as is Pimlico tube station.
It has as a quiet aspect with the living room overlooking the lovely Regency buildings in St George's Drive, and the bedrooms situated at the rear, and therefore more quiet and peaceful. It is a very attractive flat with good quality furnishings. The living/dining room is very tastefully furnished in traditional English style, and is bright and sunny. There is a color TV, feature fireplace and stereo in living room. The compact but well equipped kitchen includes washer dryer, dish washer, microwave, fridge/freezer, cooker. The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, and an en suite shower room. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and fitted wardrobes, both bedrooms overlooking the rear and therefore quiet. There is also a family bathroom with bath, shower over, wash hand basin and W/C. A 5th person can be accommodated on a convertable aerobed for add'l $80/week.

Terms & Conditions:
- Minimum stay: 1 week
- Booking procedure: 25% deposit taken at time of booking, balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival. $510 security/damage deposit charged on arrival and refunded once inventory is done.
- Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 1:00 pm, check out is 10:00 am. Airport transfer can be provided at additional cost. It is required for all arrivals outside of normal business hours of 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
- Cancellation policy: Rental deposit and security deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations. If cancellation is less than 6 weeks prior to arrival, there is No refund unless the apartment is re-let. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.

Rates are listed in USD and based on current USD/GBP exchange rates. They are inclusive of all charges, fees & taxes
