Apartment Types:

• Studio/1 Bedroom: Queen bed or twin beds (Executive and some One Bedroom flats also include double sofa bed)
• 2 Bedroom: Queen bedroom and twin bedroom or 2nd Queen bedroom (plus double sofa bed in living room in some flats)

Terms & Conditions:

• Minimum stay: 3 nights
• Booking procedure: 20% deposit taken at time of booking, balance due on arrival. For stays of 14 nights or more, 40% deposit due at time of booking.
• Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 2:00 p.m., check out is 11:00 a.m.
• Cancellation policy: In the event of a cancellation, a full refund minus a $200 fee will be made if notification is received at least 7 days prior to arrival. If within 7 days of commencement of stay, no refund will be made. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
