Terms & Conditions:

• Minimum stay: 3 weeks
• Booking procedure: $1,000 security deposit taken at time of booking, rent charged 3 weeks prior to arrival. Security deposit will be refunded upon check-out.
• Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 2:00 p.m., check out is 11:00 a.m. Reception hours are 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Mon - Fri. Arrivals outside of office hours are required to use airport transfer, at additional cost.
• Cancellation policy: A fee of $200 is charged for all cancellations. If made 16 - 30 days prior to arrival, security deposit is lost. If 15 days or less prior to arrival, no refund will be made unless apartment is re-let.
