Includes electric oven with four ringed hob, fridge with small freezer, washer/dryer. Newly carpeted in light colour. Apartment is fresh and inviting.

Terms & Conditions:
- Minimum stay: 1 week
- Booking procedure: 20% rental deposit and security/damage deposit of £250 (approximately $440) is due at time of booking, rental balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
- Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 2:00 p.m., check out is 10:00 a.m. Key transfer will be arranged after arrival details are provided. Office hours are 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
- Cancellation policy: Security deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations. If cancellation is less than 6 weeks prior to arrival, there is No refund. We strongly recommend cancellation insurance to avoid financial loss in such circumstances.
