Terms & Conditions:
- Minimum stay: 3 nights
- Booking procedure: 20% advance payment is due at time of booking, balance due 14 days prior to arrival. If arrival is within 14 days of reservation being made, then full payment is due.
- Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 2:00 p.m., check out is 11:00 a.m. Reception hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Cancellation policy: In the event of a cancellation a full refund minus a $200 fee will be made if notification is received 14 days prior to arrival. In the event of cancellation being received within 14 days of commencement of stay, no refund will be made.

Rates are listed in USD and based on current USD/GBP exchange rates. They are inclusive of all charges, fees & taxes
