Delightful private two bedroom apartment situated in a pretty garden setting that seems to be miles from London, but is just a very short walk away from St Paul's Cathedral itself. The apartment has two double bedrooms, each with a double bed, one with fitted wardrobes and the other with pine wardrobes and cupboards. The living room is very spacious and comfortably furnished and has a dining area, and is open plan to a kitchen which has gas cooker, fridge/freezer and washing machine. There is a family bathroom with shower over, wash hand basin and W.C. The flat has its own private entrance. There is a caretaker on site.

Terms & Conditions:

• Minimum stay: 1 week
• Booking procedure: 25% deposit taken at time of booking, balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival. $510 security/damage deposit charged on arrival and refunded once inventory is done.
• Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 1:00 pm, check out is 10:00 am. Airport transfer can be provided at additional cost. It is required for all arrivals outside of normal business hours of 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
• Cancellation policy: Rental deposit and security deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations. If cancellation is less than 6 weeks prior to arrival, there is No refund unless the apartment is re-let. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
