Terms & Conditions:
- Minimum stay: 1 week
- Booking procedure: 35% rental deposit taken at time of booking, balance due 1 month prior to arrival.
- Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 3:00 p.m., check out is 10:00 a.m. 24 hour reception/porterage service available.
- Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations. If cancellation is less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is No refund unless the apartment is re-let.
