fridge freezer, separate utility room with
washer/dryer.

Minimum stay: 1 week
Booking procedure: 25% deposit taken at time of
booking, balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival. 200 GBP
(approximately $400) refundable security/damage deposit also
may be taken on arrival.
Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 1:00 pm,
check out is 10:00 am. Airport transfer can be provided at
additional cost. It is required for all arrivals outside of
normal business hours of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
Cancellation policy: Deposit is
non-refundable and $200 cancellation charge for all
cancellations. If cancellation is less than 6 weeks prior to
arrival, there is no refund unless the apartment is re-let.
Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have
suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking. |
