Both with twin beds in a bright apartment with large windows looking onto a quiet tree-lined street with little traffic.  Furnished with ease and style and includes well equipped kitchenette. Flats are on European 1st and 2nd floor, no lift.  Pictures are of 2nd floor apartment.

Minimum stay: 1 week 

Booking procedure: 20% rental deposit and security/damage deposit of £206 (approximately $415) is due at time of booking, rental balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival. 

Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 2:00 p.m., check out is 10:00 a.m.  Key transfer will be arranged after arrival details are provided.  Office hours are 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.

Cancellation policy: Security deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations.  If cancellation is less than 6 weeks prior to arrival, there is No refund.  We strongly recommend cancellation insurance to avoid financial loss in such circumstances.
